The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Customer Experience Team (CX)

The TSA Customer Experience (CX) team is dedicated to improving how travelers interact with TSA before, during, and after the airport screening process. Their work focuses on creating a more efficient, accessible, and transparent experience while maintaining the highest security standards. In support of these efforts, I design infographic fact sheets and visual communications that translate complex programs, initiatives, and performance data into clear, engaging materials for senior leadership and the broader TSA workforce.
